The reservation process was simple, the car was nice and new, I purchased the insurance online since Amex doesn’t cover Italy but the wait to pick up the car was excessive (over an hour).

We had a reservation with another company and they were difficult. They added charges for our intended travel destinations and clearly did not want our business. We went to Dollar and the experience was much better. Friendly, quick, and no hidden charges. We returned our car a day early and received a credit for the unused day.
