In order to pick up my car on Friday at 10:30am, it took me more than 1.5 hours. The majority of that time was standing in line to speak with the representative. The rest was pretty straightforward. The delay affected my day schedule, and I hope they can find a solution. I think the problem was that processing each car took forever. I think that I saw a renter spending almost 45min to finish his paper work with the representative!

I arrived about an hour before my reservation. There were about 12 poeple ahead of me. After waiting about 40 minutes, I finally approached the desk and was told that no cars were available.

There was only 2 counters there, and for half hour, they only serve gold member, no counter call any normal rental. Therefore, many people wait there even they come earlier.
