Always takes longer than I think and always persuade me to buy extras I was not happy when I was about one hour away from the pickup point and the blue fluid light came on. I called the head office on Monday when they opened. The lady told me that it would “probably” be ok. Then when I said I wasn’t comfortable with “ probably “ she said drive to nearest Halfords to get it free. Two attempts and 90 miles later I had it. I think it should have been full when I picked it up. I spent my time and diesel to do this which I feel was unfair. Apart from that I enjoyed the car

Although car rental hall was busy the staff got through the waiting customers very quickly.
Although I didn’t get the vehicle I ordered I was still very delighted with the given car.
Returning the vehicle went smoothly too.
Advantage has definitely got a new returning customer.

The car was provided by Europcar and despite having already booked insurance in advance it was deemed as not valid and we had to pay again to insure the car. I will
