Just arrived in Lisbon, we had a terminal available to indicate our name with which we had established the reservation, receipt of a ticket and direct contact with an employee a few moments later! Easy, fast and efficient, return to the same level !. The best service we had for a car rental

when arriving in Lisbon I had to wait over night for luggage. Informed hertz employee at desk of my situation. Offered to pay for car, but pick up next day. He said not to do that, but wrote something in Portuguese on the confirmation page and said to return with it in the morning. when I did the next morning I was told I could not get the car I had reserved and would not get the same deal. Was forced to get a much larger car at more than double the cost of original.
