Enjoyed the experience with Hertz and carrental.com. Only one person working the counter. She was great but because it was a one man show, the whole process took way to long from start to finish. Line was 7 people deep when I returned the car @ 8AM. That’s a problem when trying to catch a plane.

The Hertz office is right across from the terminal. Pick up took less than 10 minutes, same for return. They upgraded us to a really nice Subaru so that was also a plus

From pickup to leaving the parking garage, I was happy with service. I made the reservation using www.carrentals.com. Was not expecting a new or newer model vehicle, but I am happy that I chose Hertz. Received excellent customer service initially. No concerns until 24 hours later, when I tried contacting the Tucson Hertz desk with a question. Called at least 10 times between 9am and 5pm CST. Finally had someone to pickup on the last try, but they were not able to assist.Other than that, I was thoroughly satisfied with my rental, with the rate, and with the online experience.
