From beginning to the end, very efficient. All staff was helpful and pleasant. Signage to get in and out was also good. The car was new and clean-Nissan Versa. Also they gave me a military discount. I would use ENTERPRISE again without hesitation.

The only negative issue with our rental has to be taken in the context of this being a late night (1:30am) pick-up on a night of many weather delayed arrivals. While we were not flying we picked up at the airport due to the operating hours. I chose to wait out a fierce storm rather than drive in it to pick up our rental. This put us getting to the rental counters about the same time the passengers on the delayed planes got there.

I picked up the car and bought liability insurance as my credit card does not have coverage for it. The staff did not upsell me into other unnecessary insurance and I got the car I booked.

My experience was very disappointing as the car did not come with the fob key and the alarm prevented me from starting the car on numerous occasions. The alarm was very annoying and I was not able to re-set it. I called Alamo Roadside Assistance and they were unable to help.
