Traveling with two kids in carseats can be a challenge. The sixth shuttle had lower anchors, top tethers and locking seatbelts!! I am a car seat technician so this was a dream. The shuttle driver allowed me to install the seats with no rush. The customer service rep upgraded us to a vehicle with a third row for comfort as well. Great service.

Everything was great except the off airport pickup at Ft Myers . Also the remote location is in a parking lot and the spaces are not numbered so I had to press the alarm button on the key fob to find my car.

The rental was off airport property and I had to call for the shuttle. But once I did, it came promptly. I dropped it off at another location and had no difficulties there at all. The car was great too. I would highly recommend this company.

The whole experience was seamless. There was no tough sell on the insurance and the processing at both the beginning and end of the rental was quick. I love that the rental area is onsite and you don’t have to take a shuttle.
