We came in late on Saturday night. The staff was super helpful. They were out of our car class and supplied an upgrade without asking! On return, they were fast and polite!

I would like to strongly recommend he man who checked us in. His name was Nick . He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Taking us to the car, helping check out the car, giving us directions, etc. We again met him when we returned the car. Nick gave us great service.

All Alamo employees and airport shuttle drivers, used to/from the Cincinnati airport to/from Alamo office were just so efficient, helpful and friendly. The only rude service I got was from the women at the exit gate of the lot, after I picked up the car. She asked me for the paperwork. Because I did not give it to her fast enough and did not initially understand what she needed, she became impatient, raised her voice and made a sarcastic remark. I usually snap back some rude comments of my own, when this happens, but I was in a happy mood this night.

I picked up my rental and when all the numbers were added up I was shocked and then they tell me they have to put a $200 hold on my CC too. The next day I brought the car back and thanks to Pat she got my daily charge down to a lot less than I was quoted by an agent on the phone (who was not very polite). My personal thanks to Pat for getting this right. I'll be using a Car Service in Cincinnati going forward as they cost for a Rental now with the $200 hold is way too expensive!
