No problems with the staff or the rented vehicle overall. On the other hand, that my Visa Premier bank card was refused for the deposit forced me to pay 67 € of unforeseen expenses. This is not normal.

Maybe it was on New Year's long wait until the receipt of the car, positive: instead of a Ford Fiesta a Dacia Sandero with Navi received. When returning discussions about a tiny spot in the paint, although the vehicle already some paint damage was present and recorded. In the future, I will take a closer look at the exterior of the vehicle. Since the price was extremely cheap, I assume that the landlord tries to get his money through additional insurance or damage reports.

My experience with the provider was very bad !! Pick up at the airport took place in the departure and not in the arrivals area, no signs and on the pick up service we then, when we finally found it almost an hour waited and the 32 degrees in the shade: - ((when finally a car came, was allowed an Italian family, which complained loudly, but after us, get in and for us was no more space !!!!! So again waiting for the next car. Finally arrived at the destination, was a car, as we ordered it had, not there! Until finally a replacement vehicle was found for us and we could make our way to Lake Garda had now passed over THREE HOURS !!!!! and we completely durchschwwitzt and ready!
