My experience with this supplier was very unpleasant for the following reasonss: 1. They did not honor the rental insucanre I purchase at the time of reservation from Alianza. They said that since I did not purchase the insurance from them I needed to purchase a new insurance. 2. The web page did not mention that I was to deliver a deposit, but despite my disagreement, they insisted and charged my American Explress $1,500.00 as deposit. At the time of returning the vehicle, as asked about the deposit, and the attendant told me the deposit will be credit back to my credit card en about one week. 3. In addition to the above requirements, I was presented a blank green form of a fiduciary document called in spanish Letra de Cambio. I complained to them saying why I was to sign such document when I the car was fully insurer. They insisted, and and I signed it. 4. I also was required to sign a responsibility document for the tires. If one tires was damage, I was to pay for it. They are in conslusion, no customer friendly at all. In conclusion, I will not use this provider again and I will recomend them to any one in teh future.

Great vehicle. Employees were friendly and courteous. Was charged twice for insurance and another charge. I did not notice. They called me later to acknowledge the error. Still awaiting a refund.
