Horrible. Booked thru CarRentals.com for pickup in Philly at 30th St. Station at 7pm. Flight was delayed by an hour and a half, so I called the Hertz location to let them know I'd be late. I was told by a very curt Hertz Rep, whom I could hardly hear, that they closed at 8 pm. The CarRentals page clearly stated they were open until 10 pm, but the Hertz Rep didn't want to hear about it...she pretended not to be able to hear me and hung up on me. When I immediately called back the phone went to voice mail.
I got in touch with a Hertz Rep who was not at that 30th Street location and she, though not much better, booked me a car at PHL. She told me it was going to cost me $226, $19 more that I had originally paid. When I went to pick up the car the charge was $350...she neglected to add in all the airport fees. And of course Hertz blames CarRentals for posting bad info and just TRY to get money back from CarRentals. Never Again!

Easy pickup and drop off. Only issue was my first car the airbag light was on with a service light on so I had to trade the car out. Second car the usb charger didn’t work so I couldn’t use apple CarPlay or charge my phone.
