Bit of a wait for pickup, but understandable due to the location and time of day/week. Hotel valet staff thought it would be funny at return drop-off to try and convince me I had the wrong location and there was no Hertz there. Bad for business to hassle a woman alone. Be careful out there.

My overall experience was good. My only criticism is that the outside of the car was dirty. The windows also were dirty. This was a big problem in parking lots where I had to rub against car to get in or out of it. This is the first time I've ever had a dirty rental car. The inside was clean and the car ran well.

I arrived at the rental counter on time only to be told they don't have that vehicle type at their location and I could call around! It was a one way cargo van rental, obviously for a reason, with a closing 600 miles away, two days later! AWFUL What was to be a $350 rental turned into a $1900 rental. Then they blamed YOU, a third party. Have had NO response from Hertz...hope they do go bankrupt as they bankrupted me!

The supplier was great and helpful. Even gave me a free upgrade. Plan to rent again.
