It was smooth and friendly experience, we would have liked the office to come pick us up so we didn’t had to pay an Uber to get to the office but they only pick up within a 5 mile radius

Our experience with this Enterprise location was AMAZING. Gary, the rental rep at the location is hands down the most kindest, happiest, rep I've ever dealt with, and he has a personality that will take him very far in life for sure! The car was clean, with no problems; and we were in and out of there very quickly. We did encounter a problem in not being able to get any FM radio stations to come through clearly for some reason, but we call d in and got Sirius hooked up (took like 5 minutes for it to be available), so I know that they acted very quickly. Everything about the rental went very smoothly and we so appreciate it and will definitely be coming back to them!
