Ford Focus Stationcar, which was reserved 2 days before was not there. First for us five a much too small Fiat 500 L. Immediately indicate that it would be too small, but we still had to try. Back another employee, who was more solution focused and finally after insisting that the Fiat really wasn't going to give a Jeep Renegade. Costs 2nd driver per day 10.37 euros, over which 20 euros tax came is too much.

I booked fiat 500 or similar. Got a Fiat Panda, which is far from 500. In addition dropoff in Malpensa seems like a dark alley in middle of nowhere.
