This was by far the worst experience ive ever had with a rental car and I will also be making a formal complaint on the Hertz website and with the BBB. They gave me a car that was unfit to be on the road and when I questioned it was told oh thats normal you dont need to worry about it as the bumper was falling off the car. If something like that is normal for that vehicle then it should not be in service. The only reason the drop off got 5 stars is because I dropped it off after hours and didnt have to deal with any of the employees at that branch.

This was probably the easiest rental pick up I've ever had. I went online and scheduled the pick up, answered all necessary questions and when I got to Hertz I had to wait my turn and hand over my ID and credit card for payment. Super easy, simple and fast. Will definitely be returning.

The automobile provided met our needs and the rental price was satisfactory..
Upon returning the vehicle after a month rental, the employee was not able to authorize a return ride to our place of residence. This was related to the absence of the manager to approve that expenditure . We view this as poor customer service and it was extremely inconvenient.
