Collecting did not go smoothly (few staff), but otherwise great service. Almost new car and no intrusive questions about extra insurance.

InterRent was booked, which turned out to be a unit with Goldcar. We already had bad experiences with Goldcar. Busy was counter in the airport building, after a long search we found a "container" on the rental car park in front of the airport. When returning the "container" was then closed and we had to leave the car after a long search then on a large parking lot about 900 meters away (intended for long-term parker). Signs missing. It was then scarce until the departure. A shuttle bus then took us to the departure area. In addition, our car was booked for 10 o'clock. Arrived at 12:30 clock it was said that car is no longer available. But for a surcharge of 45 British pounds you have found a car for us! Not really to be recommended, especially since all other providers have directly at the terminal counter and the return takes place directly at the airport.
