My rating is not correct - but I must give it because I rented the car for 378 USD including taxes and fees and they want me to pay approximately 750 USD!!! Yes, I pay approx. 150 USD for superinsurance, but there is still more than 220 USD difference!!!! Everything else was absolutely perfect, but this is very bad thing!

Last year it took about 1 hour 15 minutes & Hertz have improved inmensely since then. Fast, efficient, 20 minutes plus, and they even had time to prep their records (update my drivers license record).

Support site of the well-designed car, no problem car consistent with the reserved range. BUT big problem because we were traveling with two young children and there were no more child seats available at the hertz rental !! This option was not offered when booking via the autoescape website. BIG WEAKNESS OF THE SITE! on essential elements of security! On site, hertz had no solution to offer. It was not their responsibility, because no request made upstream. We had to buy two child seats. So logical and practical to have these two seats on your arms on vacation abroad. The autoescape reservation site must imperatively be modified and integrate this essential and non-negotiable option line.
