Everything went well, even though I had to return for another car after 2 weeks bec of roads turning icy early on in the season. At drop off, it was not as perfect. Staff was rushed (it was a Friday evening) and I wish you’d go above&beyond with staff for peaks.

The car was indeed of the selected type but a bit shorter so the suitcases did not have space in the trunk. Hat rack was broken. In addition, in retrospect found that in the e-mail confirmation which was sent to the vehicle pickup, wrong address (probably from the previous customer) so all in all a bit sloppy work.

The first thing I have to do is to praise the lady about the service over the clover. Despite the circumstances, she was incredibly helpful and authentically friendly. That's why the three stars and the overall, positive rating. We were 5 adults with 5 large pieces of luggage. Therefore, I had a Seat Alhambra (or similar) booked, as in this car and the middle seat is larger. After our flight arrived 2 hours later, the vehicle apparently had been forgiven. A Sharan or Galaxy was not in stock. Also no Touran or Caddy. Only those stupid SUVs, in which you can not stow 5 large pieces of luggage. We searched with the lady from budget the whole parking lot to find a vehicle with suitable "space". In no vehicle fit the luggage. 2 hours later, however, came in a Seat Tarraco, which was made ready for us. There was nothing else. With great difficulty we were able to stow everything and we were finally able to drive from the farm.
