First time renting vehicle. I'm glad I rented from this location. Counter staff was direct and helpful! I would rent again from this location.

When I arrived for my rental there were no cars available. They said that they called everyone to inform us of this but they did not do so. So they gave me a car that had been hit in the back and the bumper was held together with tape. Otherwise they said I could return in a couple of hours or two days from my pick up day when there would be cars. It was a very slow check in; only one person was doing this task and two others were ahead of me. The woman who helped me said she would call me that evening so that I could pick up a different car the following day. She never called. Despite finally getting my car at 3 pm rather than 12:30 pm, which was what I was listed for, I was told that I had to return the car on January 1 by 2:30 pm and that they would be open. Of course they were not open and there was no one to check in my car. Although I got a car at a great price there was no gas in the car, either, and dental floss in it--it had not been properly cleaned. I would not recommend this place. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong.

I received a call 1 hour prior to my pick-up time informing me that they were overbooked and did not have a vehicle for me. They did not apologize, offer any solution, nor any future discount, etc. This left me in a horrible situation because it was very difficult to find another rental last minute that wasn't extremely expensive. As a result I had to cancel my family's trip to Arizona (driving from Los Angeles). I am very disappointed and will never use this company again.
