They made me go all the way to the airport to pick up a car that they didn't have. In fact, they had no car available at all. On top of that the service wasn't even trying to resolve the situation.
Because I already had all my other plans set and due to the late hour, I had no other choice but to rent whatever another company had to offer, which came at a price that was 3x as high.

Booked the car online and it said a luxury car. I told the girl at the counter, but she was very rude about it and gave me a Kia Forte...not even close to a luxury car!!!
And she could barely get off her phone when I came to the counter to pick up the vehicle. She was very snarky and unpleasant to deal with.
The smell in the vehicle was also very unpleasant

My car was nice clean and everything but had an engine issue because it was showing engine lights and service reminder icon the car wasn't performing well but I was in a rush so I didn't mind.
It had major issue climbing uphill compare same size other cars.
