Lucky for me, not one person was in line at National when I got there. The agent had my res and I picked exactly the car I wanted & reserved....a Rav 4

I recently had two separate reservations one with Enterprise and the other with National (owned by Enterprise) and each had the expected very efficient and personable personnel that quickly got me into a car. The disappointing aspect on both reservations was that I was offered and ordered one type of luxury vehicle and received on each something else.

It is pretty easy to rent a car during the shelter in place era. No lines for pick up, and drop off keys at unmanned distant offices.

Enterprise provided us with a KIA sedan. It had very good gas mileage and acceleration for passing.

The gentleman who helped me get the car was very nice. Very informative. The gentleman who I dropped my car off to was extremely polite and made sure I didn’t leave anything in the car. So easy. I will only come back to rent from Alamo. I’ve had terrible experiences with other places charging more money for random hidden fees. Loved my experience with Alamo.

We reserved a Pick Up Truck (Ford F150 or Similar). When we arrived at the rental counter they informed us they were out of trucks and asked if we needed one? We were moving furniture and absolutely needed one. Who reserves a giant pick-up and then says, Oh, I guess a Ford Focus would be fine instead. Eventually they found a truck when we told them we weren't leaving without one. Longer than necessary wait.

I picked my car up from Enterprise. The car I reserved was not available but I was given an upgrade Toyota Camry. .

Somewhat expensive had to go outside of the Airport though for a better price.. That shouldn't matter why they the Call Rental agency's do that is beyond me..

I was charged extra fees when I returned the car , even though when reserving the car on line it stated all fees were included in the price I paid when reserving. I think this is illegal. Something along the illegal bait and switch tactics.
