Car could have been a little cleaner inside and outside. Their was dust on the inside of the vehicle.

Waited outside the airport for 45 minutes before the shuttle came to pick us up to even get it, ended up paying twice the amount I reserved it for. Nobody answers the customer service line. And whoever I spoke with on the car rentals service call line hung up on me and nobody else would answer my calls

The man that helped me at the desk was very nice. However when I went to get my car which was the only one left of that size. It smelled like cigarettes very badly. I went back to the desk and I let the new attendant there know. I wanted to see if I could get new car. I was told that there was no more cars and that is all they have. Not having time I said ok and had to leave. I spent approx 60 dollars trying to get that smell of smoke out of the car. It really ruined my trip. I don't think I will use Fox again, they could have prorated me a different car at least or offer a partial refund for the money I spent cleaning it.
