It took over an hour to pick up a car. First they did not have what I reserved. Secondly, I had to wait for a return of a smaller car. Car was vacuumed briefly but uncleansed. I literally had to dispose of the trash in the car myself. The customer service rep (Joe - who was quite helpful but overwhelmed IMO) who assisted with my rental also had to personally vacuum the car for me.

Clerk was efficient and pleasant. No review of operation of auto. Car was upgraded as my requested car was not available. However, the car had just been returned by the prior renter and luckily he had washed and gassed the car so no additional delays.

Gave us the car of the lady that dropped off before us. It was dirty we didn't want to wait another 30 mins so took it dirty. There was nothing they could do because we prepaid. They are closed on Sunday so we couldn't extend our trip and had to have the car back Saturday by 1pm...
