They refused to honor my contract because they closed before I could get there due to a flight change. When I went to pick it up the next day, the customer service person said, “I don’t have to honor that contract because you didn’t come yesterday,” and wouldn’t even rent me a car. When I contacted carrentals.com, they told me I could get the same car there but for a higher price. However, when my wife called he said there was no car.

Very bad experience. They kept on adding extra charges. And dropping off the vehicle was pathetic. We dropped off the vehicle on time using the express return. Money is still being deducted from my account assuming I still have the car.
