My experience was horrible and I will never use Hertz again. They would only upgrade me to a higher rental for double the price. The attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. I never needed up renting a vehicle

I couldn't rent the car. When I called them to confirm my car rental reservation, they said that they have no car available for me. I told them that I had already paid for the car rental for 10 days at the time of online booking. However, it didn't change the outcome. Obviously, they gave away the car I rented and paid to someone else. Later, I talked to the manager of the site and expressed my disappointment. He said that they are expecting some people to return the cars around noon and he'd have a car for me afternoon and that he'd call me. As expected, he never called. I called them four times after 1pm. Three went to voicemail directly as they knew that I was calling. At the last call, someone responded and told me that exact same thing, that there is no car available for me. I was done with them at that point and wouldn't expect anything from Hertz any longer. A couple of minutes later, that same person from Hertz called and let me know that they just received a Van that I could get. I would have not consider that option any longer as they lost me forever after my 4th call.
