I thought I had a real problem because my rental was at a site that was closed by the time I arrived. The counter person at the airport was able to save me a trip to the closed rental site and was able to negotiate a very good deal at the airport. I am so sorry I forgot her name. I made a mistake renting through a third party. I will not do that again.

Some how by mistake I booked the wrong location. So at the airport location the price was more then double my quoted rate. So we Uber to the other location cost us $40 and a $20 tip and when we arrived at The Hyatt Regency we were told the rental counter had already closed and would not open until 8 the next morning and usually the manager leaves keys but did not. The manager of the hotel was very kind and tried calling the manager and he didn’t answer. I called Hertz customer service and they were not nice and no help at all. So we had to Uber to another hotel because the one we were at was $500 a night and we had reservations 3 hours away so we last the $200 we paid and we had to dish out $180 for that night and had to Uber back again the next morning. The whole experience was horrible and I will never use Hertz again!!!!!
