The process was a little slow and you didn’t have the vehicle that I requested. I was given an SUV instead of the truck. I was okay with it. The SUV was pretty dirty in the back. I cleaned it all when I returned it. I don’t expect you to do anything about this but wanted to bring it to your attention.

When I went to pick up my rental they didn't have anymore mid sized cars left and dropped me to an aconomy car instead. The smallest car possible I might add. I had myself, my husband, and my two children who are in a car seat and a booster seat. I had a double stroller and we did not fit. I went back and the man up front wasn't willing to help at all and only offered my a SUV for $100 MORE! I asked to talk with the manager and he helped me so much and waved the extra fee to get my into a smaller SUV. He was very helpful and was very polite and apologetic for my bad experience. Overall I would not recommend to rent a mid size car because they run out of those the quickest (I was told that atleast).
