Arrived to find out my SUV was unavailable. I got a choice of a mustang convertible or a cargo van. We had golf equipment so cargo van it was. Swapped it out for an SUV near our residence. But inconvenient it was. Anyways they gave me a free tank of gas for my troubles.

When I booked our small car on line there was nothing there for us. We didn't want the upgrade to a much larger car. Ended up having to wait over 1.5 hours for them to find one for us. Ultimately we were happy but really wanted the whole process to be alot faster

When we picked up the car it wasn’t ready on time. They had not washed or cleaned because the car wash was broken.
When we returned to Caesars Palace it was very difficult to figure out where to leave it. We had to ask 4 different people where to go. When we dropped it and wanted to talk with someone no one was working there. It was just not a good experience!
