I realized I could have had an extremely easy pickup if I had added my advantage number. Will be sure to do that in the future. The car was comfortable and didn’t use much gas at all. Returned the car on the fourth day and cost less than $9 to fill up. Amazing!!!

Had reserved a Toyota Corolla or comparable and was given a Cadillac STS, Very clean and nice ride. The only hiccup was when we brought the car back there were 3 lines of cars into the road and no one around to help us. I had to go and find the 1 guy that was working who took the car keys and receipt ans said he was backed up and I was good to go. did not leave me feeling comfortable.

When I came in to pick up the vehicle, I was served quickly and efficiently. I got my vehicle within a few minutes without having to fill out a bunch of paperwork or answer a bunch of questions. Unfortunately, the vehicle I had pre-ordered was not available. Not sure why since I ordered it ove a month in advance. Instead, I got a sedan, which worked great, but was a downgrade. When I asked if there was a refund, he said that he did not have anything to do with that since it was prepaid. I would need to contact the site from wch I got the deal. I thought this was a hassle, so I didn't.

The car was better than expected! We really enjoyed our roadtrip! The pressure in the wheels was low so we had to drive to a gas station to fill it up.
