The customer service was good, but I can’t say the same for the vehicle they rented me. They don’t even properly care for their vehicles! They left tape residue all over from where they taped all the doors, trunk and hood shut when they transported the car here from another state. The passenger door speaker just made a nasty distorted buzzing sound making it annoying to use the sound system. The sensor that warns you that something is dangerously close to the front of the car would just randomly go off for no reason. The interior rear driver side door handle cup was broken off. They should be embarrassed to be renting such vehicles. Oh, and upon return when the girl checked the gas & milage, she peeled out flooring the gas pedal just to move the car 100 feet into their garage. They don’t even treat their cars well!

I drop off the car at the airport car rental Hertz. I was charged my taxes.

Couldn't have been more helpful and timely. Car was ready, counter help was outstanding. Car drop-off at our trip's end was first-class, friendly and courteous. Even allowed us to keep our luggage in the trunk of the rental car until our Lyft drive arrived. They (Hertz) run
a 1st class operation and have earned our trust & support for future needs!!
