When i got to key west ther line at the northwd not moving. Only one of the two ladies was helping, after waiting fora long time andi got up front, ther only lady helping toldme i had to get in the enterprise line. That was the other girl that was doing nothing! Then she seemed upset at me because I was not happy about waiting that long with out her doing or saying anything. She needs to be watched or retrained in customer service. She needs to know that she is the liaison for enterprise.

I guess they don't put it in large letters because they are the ONLY car rental not at/in the key west terminal as you come off the plane. Their small print about shuttle ride made me think i was going across the parking lot to pick up my car after i had signed paperwork in the terminal, I didn't know i would have to pick up a phone, go thru prompts, walk outside and stand outside in the sun until about 10 minutes later a shuttle comes, drives crazily for several miles until we arrive at the enterprise /alamo lot. Side note: if you are older than 30, or if you don't gave a football field to park in, the chevrolet camero is not for you. Horrible car. Truly you could not give me one.

I am a loyal Enterprise customer and have used this business all over the country. Enterprise Key West is my best experience to date. All of the employees were so kind and extremely professional. Picking up our rental was a breeze and I highly recommend using this branch!!
