Hertz is always great. The pick up took an exceptionally long time, but the car was great and drop off at TPA was smooth and fast.

When I showed up for Mini Van, at Enterprise 5101 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota they informed me they didn't have one. They told me I made my reservation too late in the day. My emailed rental confirmation was at 12:51pm the day prior. They also didn't have an alternative solution. I went next door to HERTZ. I had been a loyal enterprise customer for over 20 years.
