I had no problem with Avis, however I do have one with car rentals.com. I made the reservation for a location and when I arrived, Avis stated that had not rented from that location in 8 months.

Car was great but the pick up address was incorrect. Cost kore money because we had to take a cab and about an 1.5 hours longer because of the mix up

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AVIS THEY WERE SENDING US FROM ONE LOCATION TO ANOTHER, WASTED 4 HRS.4 LADIES 6 SUITCASES AND NOBODY HAD AN ANSWER FOR US WHERE IS OUR RENTAL.FT.LAUDERDALE IS THE WORST PLACE TO RENT A CAR FROM AVIS...STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.....
