First of all, when booking the car I was not warned that the return at the airport is accompanied by an additional fee of $40. Secondly, the car was dirty in the cabin, stains and garbage. An extremely disgruntled employee came out to eliminate them after my request. In addition, the cabin was very stale and smelly with cigarette smoke. It was the first time I rented a car from this operator and my experience is extremely sad.

Nice little car. The computer system down caused maybe a 15 min wait to pick up the car, but otherwise it was very easy. Driving in Israel was easier than in Europe, due to nice wide main roads and road signs in English.

Very straightforward, short waiting times. Switching to full-empty is useless, fuel is cheaper at petrol stations, was explained differently - otherwise it would be 5 stars
