Pick up was good but they basically forced my hand in buying third party insurance which they said I could buy only from them.

Our car was not finished cleaning in Jerusalem and was vacuumed before our eyes. Although we got a bigger car than ordered (basically positive!), But the car was clearly noticeable a smoker vehicle and for less than 100,000 km already quite worn and damaged. This is not unusual, as measured by mostly aggressive Israeli traffic and often extremely narrow and bad roads. Nevertheless, there were hardly any spots on the car that were undamaged. Since you did not have to be so picky ... ;-) The formalities for picking up and returning were completely uncomplicated. At Tel Aviv airport there is a free shuttle to the terminal. Staff were friendly and nice. Measured on the price-performance ratio but everything was ok.

My son actaully rented the car. Everything went well. They even gave him a free upgrade when it turned out the car we rented was actually too small.

Car was great, very smooth driving. Easy pickup and drop off in Tel Aviv. The pick up office in Jerusalem forced me to pay an extra $39 to drop off at Tel Aviv even though it was clearly not in the pre-booked reservation. They they waited a few more minutes into the check in process to tell me I am forced to pay extra $12 per day for their insurance (which has in my experience already been part of every booking reservation fee). When I dropped the car off in Tel Aviv airport they noticed I was charged the extra $39 and removed it. I appreciate their honesty!

Employees at the dront desk could not be less interrsted in their jobs. You feel you are bothering them. Same in the parking to pick up the car. The car we were given was not in good shape and the battery died two days after. We were given another car (had to wait two hours at 10pm in a parking lot) which was the same, not amazing model. No compensation offered.

Rental process was very easy and quick, however the car had 96,000 kilometers on the odometer and the whole steering column shook when I drove over a certain speed. This car needs to be retired.

The quoted rate was not honored for the insurance. After completing paper work, the car pick up was a block away, no signs, had to return and be guided to location. On return, there were no signs and spent about ten minutes in parking garage to finally locate level and location of return. Were advised that they were not allowed to put up signs and that everyone complains.
