The receptionist was very attentive and patient. Be aware that the rental company requires that you add third-party protection insurance (your credit card does not cover that) and that protection is generally more expensive than the rental itself. In addition, if you are planning on using a credit card to cover the CDW be sure to come with a letter from the credit card company which attests to the fact that they will provide that coverage. The rep at VISA was happy to provide me with such a letter once she identified which card that I carry provides coverage in Israel (many cards still exclude Israel and Ireland).

They overbooked and did not have any cars available. I had to wait an hour just for them to check my reservation and another two hours to get the car. The only reason why I got a car in three hours and did not have to wait longer is because I agreed to go to their location at the airport (30 minute drive) and pick up the car there. Once I got to the airport, I did not have to wait and they gave me a free upgrade. However, due to them not having a car at the location I rented from, my family and I had to cancel a day of pans.
