The sole employee at the location was complaining that her system was down and she would have to process everything manually. This process took over an hour for me to receive my car. Subsequent customers became very angry when they were told they would most likely be unable to rent a car at all due to the system failure.

Everything went very smooth from pickup to return and the car I rented was absolutely fantastic

It was horrible did manager special and was told it’s always the same car Primus or Versa so that chance for a larger car not possible Will never use again
