The staff member I was assisted by was fantastic. However, the key to start the car was difficult to put in ignition and get out. It was a struggle with the key. Otherwise it was a great experience.

My experience was horrible my card was charged 3 times 4 times one for 100. Another for 257. 2 more for 357. Hundred dollars and I don’t know why? When I called the man was impatient said the car had damage on the trunk of the car. The damages were already there. Then he said I didn’t have insurance but he looked and said I did. I dropped the car off on 15th at 11:00 am ,and they were trying to charge my card for another day . I will never use Hertz again nor will I tell any one else to use them!!!
