Horrible experience and terrible customer service! I am still looking for a Budget customer service representative to return my call! Very disappointed and really mad!

I reserved without insurance. The cost would be around $55. The person who take care of me, didn't ask or offer me anything. The final cost was $150. I didn't realize when I signed the agreement, only later in the car I saw it. When I returned the car, I make my claimed to the personal, who replied to me that it was not her mistake, and she can not do anything.
