I arrived at the counter at the agreed upon time only to find that Economy had gone out of business. I had not heard anything from them, from Carrentals.com or anyone. There were no cars available and competition wanted to charge me double. Bad experience

I had to rent two cars, pay two insurances, pay two parking fees, fill up two cars.

The first worker I encountered was super grouchy and rude towards the one customer ahead of me, demanding they pay for coverage they didn’t want. The worker spent more time arguing with the customer then he did doing his job, making the line build up/get longer and longer. I decided I’d be nice (maybe he was having a rough day) but regardless of my efforts, received very unprofessional service. He was just as rude to me, treated me like I was an idiot because I declined extra coverages he tried to sell me, made a personal call while I was finishing signing, and left a bad taste in my mouth from the get go. However, the other employees in the parking garage in getting and returning the car were helpful and not like the first guy.
