I went to pick up my car at the Hertz location and was told they may not have a car. Apparently just because I received an email saying my reservation was complete didn't mean the pickup location actually had a car. The rep said I should have called to confirm because the web site doesn't have any knowledge of how many cars the location actually has, they will always say you're good to go. The web site is a third party company, not directly related to Hertz. Fortunately they found a car and I was on my way.
