I enjoy renting from this location. The line was a bit long but I like the choice of cars and the staff are friendly.

I rented 3 cars from Hertz. Car where nice, clean and ran well. However didn't like the fact that the car was not filled up with gas. I like to pick up a car full and return on full. So when I returned the car it had a lot more gas in it then I started with so I lost money there. Also I thought I was picking all rentals up the airport location and found out it was at a different location so I had to travel to pick it up. I asked if I could return the rentals at a different Hertz location. They told me yes but it would cost $117 per car. So no customer service there. Who wants to pay an extra $341.00! :( That sucks.
