Car was not cleaned out very well. Lots of water bottles(5). In plain site so maybe staff is lazy.

We did not get the car that we expected for our car range (they didn’t have many cars in stock). Car was not washed externally and wasn’t dirty inside. We returned the car on Aaturday but it was closed- had to look up instructions on websites for After Hours dropoff - would have been nice if staff mentioned this

I chose this location because it was much cheaper than airport (in a hotel lobby) however, the one person working could not issue cars because the manager was not there and the manager had all the keys. About five people in line getting impatient to pick up vehicle, and it was stressing out the agent, who was trying to be very courteous.
Recommend streamlining the process- most people renting a car have flights, trains, or other places they need to be and don’t expect long wait times.
