This was a terrible experience. The place was very understaffed - only one person to handle everything - registration, checking the cars, bringing the cars. We had to wait almost 2 hours for the car. When he brought us the car it was a mid-size and not a full-size like we ordered. His response was that's all I have, and walked away to handle his next customer. We could barely squeeze in our passengers and equipment, and our 3-day family was very badly affected by this. I would expect Hertz, who claims to be one of the top companies in its market to provide better service. We were not reimbursed for the difference in price between the car sizes. Would not return to this location, or to Hertz overall.

The car was clean, comfortable and very edficient. Pickup and drop off was quick and easy.

The car shows “change engine oil soon”. But the serviceman did not allow us to change a car.
