When I stopped by to pick up my car Dan had it ready. He walked me through the paperwork and inspection, answered all of my questions, and had me on my way in no time. At turn in he treated me like a valued customer. I will be back!

I’ve used them once before on a out of state trip and they where good, I just used them again while my car was being fixed and they made things very easy and quick, the car I order at the lowest price point ended up having a recall on it last min, they didn’t have another small car at the same rate so they asked if I minded another option at the same price point. So I ended up in a much nicer newer car for the same price. I highly recommend them as your opinion for car rentals.

The rental location was convenient to a rail station near our destination in New Hampshire, and the operator handled the arrangements at inception and return very professionally and dropped us off at the station. The recent model car was just perfect for our needs. Next time we’ll call ahead to be picked up. Very professionsl service.

Scheduled my pickup for 3pm, there wasn't anyone in the office until 3:30. Although I arrived with the required documents (license & credit card), the agent refused my credit card because it doesn't have a chip in it. Then informed me that my debit card (with a chip) could not be used with an out of state license. I've rented from Enterprise many times in the recent past, and have not had issues such as this. Otherwise, all communication was as expected.

staff had lots of data entry to do which slowed down the pickup process. this was due to the new software used
