No issues with the car but the location in downtown Cambridge is very difficult to locate and access is limited. I could not find the place and had to ask people. Very, very small office and small sign. You could walk right past and not see. The first Hertz sign I saw was on the 4th floor. No one on the roof top to ask questions either for pickup or return. Bring you own GPS. The vehicles don't have it and I could not interface my phone. They charge extra for a special cord to allow it to work.

The staff was beyond kind and organized when I arrived to pick up my car, the vehicle was clean and rode great, and the return process was seamless. I only put one less star because I paid for a standard car, and think the one I ended up with was compact--still worked fine but I would have preferred one a bit more similar to what was stated when I was originally booked.

I had no trouble getting the car or bringing it back - the rental fee was as advertised.
