arrived at the car rental, car was not available. the agent offered a replacement car at a lower grade with a discount. we accepted the offer, only to realize the car was not filled up, even though it said that it was, it was not cleaned, and the rate was $113 per day instead of $56 that we booked at.
we eventually were able to get the rate adjusted when we dropped off the car, but it was extra hassle that we didn't have to go through.
Oh and since we had to gas up extra, because the tank wasn't filled, we still need to get ask for gas credit from our pick up location.

Shane was a fantastic person to deal with at the pickup counter--friendly and kind, he made the mundane and sometimes frustrating task of renting a car very smooth, easy and enjoyable!
