It didn't took any long to get the car from the location. They had the car ready, despite it being a snowy day. And I was able to move out quickly after picking up the car.

This is the second time I’ve rented from this location, first time took long but it was not their fault. This time we were told that the mini van we reserved and paid for up front was not available. Needless to say we had to take the smaller vehicle they provided for lack of time and availability elsewhere. Truly disappointed, especially because they stated someone reached out to us and left a Gmail, which we never received regarding the vehicle

When I got to the rental place he was about to put me in a vehicle and then he realized that the dates were different when I made this reservation and he said he didn’t have any vehicles available but he didn’t make sense cause he was just about to give me a vehicle long story short I had to wait three hours to get into a vehicle but before that I had called him he put me on hold and I decided just to head that why he was outside smoking a cigarette with no customers and he still had me on hold talk about good customer service right Then he tells me that he had no vehicles yet that he would call me but yet then again I’m on the other phone with customer service and they’re telling me that they did have a vehicle available at that location so I put the guy on the phone pretty much told him to put me in a vehicle he wasn’t too happy about that
