Everything was excellent except that I did not get the car I booked, not even close actually! Despite walking past several cars of the EXACT model I had rented and pre-paid, I was given a lower-tier model. Other than this, I have no complaints at all, quick friendly service, and easy pick-up and drop-off.

I rented a car last minute and was thoroughly impressed with the Customer Service. The agent was friendly, detailed, and a pleasure to work with.

It took nearly an hour when we came to pick up the car, which was way to long. Then had to wait another 20 minutes while they cleaned it out from the last rental. When we returned the car they said we put a tiny ding on the front door that was there when we picked it up. The car was nice and we would rent from them again.

From the beginning it was a series of misinformation that resulted in three trips home to complete the pickup. At the drop off an attempt to charge additional $200 was made by staff without explanation, which resulted in CC card being declined. When confronted, the clerk got defensive in an aggressive manner and walked away. Will have to call customer service tomorrow during business hours to sort out the payment. I’ll never deal with this company again.

This was my first time renting with SIXT and I was very happy with the experience overall. Pick-up and drop-off were very was easy. The car was in excellent condition. The only downside was when I wanted to extend my rental I could not get a human on the line and the email response was negative so I ended up renting with another company,.
