This Enterprise office is off-airport and run by a VERY solid team! When my schedule changed, they flexed to an earlier Pick-Up time effortlessly. And when one of the members in my travel group experienced a medical emergency at the end of Day one which required his admission to the hospital on Day two, they reworked the rental agreement from a Weekly One-Way drop off, to become a Daily rate 2 Day rental with return to their office first thing the morning of Day three. There was no push-back or negotiation when the events drove the changes above, and the management team at this office provided OUTSTANDING customer contact and service!

Overall, the experience was average. Indeed, we inherited a titanic Jeep Wrangler 4x4 when we asked for the equivalent of a Ford Escape. Making an 8-day roadtrip with jeep wrangler is inconceivable as the vehicle consumes fuel and is poorly soundproofed. After 2 complicated days and a full and a half later, we were able to trade at the SF airport for a Ford Escape that suited us more with an expectation of only 30 min not to mention the detour. Finally, I was able to return my vehicle the next day without overload and the staff was understanding.
