booked a car for a list minute trip to San Francisco the day before. I then receive an email 1.5 hours before my pick up time saying that due to a software glitch there are NO cars available and that they cannot help me. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, I FLEW ALL THE WAY TO SFO KNOWING I WOULD HAVE A CAR READY AND THIS HAPPENS???!!! NEVER USING PAYLESS AGAIN!

Payless has a good selection of cars and loved the choices that was offered.

Lengthy pickup, two hours? Not enough staff or cars, handwritten contract. Vehicle was clean, new and as advertised.
