Very poor customer service, even the manager was the worst when I told him the problem, I am in minority and made me the impression that they discriminating me that is why they are not providing the excellent customer service. They even broke me to the tears and nervous break down. I rented a car for a month and the break was noisy and I had to go back twice as I mentioned I will be travelling 500 miles and do not feel safe but they still refused to exchange with another car and they said I have to pay more for the same calss. Never again I will rent from this place nor recommend to others.

The pick-up spot is outside the airport. There is a shuttle called free - fee is on the check out notice. The final price got 4 times (!) higher that the one stated by the carentals.com due to additional fees.

Off airport shuttle runs about every half hour after you get yourself to the rental car center. So this will take you longer to get out and then back to the airport. At their location, everything was fast and smooth.
