My mother required a rental to go see her deathly ill father, which i agreed to buy for her. I came online to CarRental and reserved a vehicle under her name but paid with my credit card. As she attempted to check out the vehicle, she was unable to do so because she didn't pay for it even though the car was already paid for through me. So as a result, i had to take time off work to go and add myself as a secondary driver (extra 85$) plus other underlining fees to be able to receive the vehicle. It was a huge headache and not worth my time any longer. I will not use this route to rent a car ever again.

This location is small and easy to get to. It was nice not having to drive to an airport and the rental being so local was a real convinience.

Made a reservation and prepaid in advance a little over a week before our trip. Hertz did not have a vehicle for us. We had to go to the airport to get a car, which turned into a nightmare. The thing that is unbelievable is that the managers on site can not do anything to fix any issues. Everything g has to go through their reservation center .. which canceled my reservation all together with out telling me. I did not get any emails, confirming what was agreed upon. Not informing me of any refunds.
I can not believe the ridiculousness of the situation. Anyone would have been able to fix it if they had sense. But no one has the authority to do anything for the client.
I was not the only one. There were 3 other clients with similar issues while we were there. No one was helped. Not joking or exaggeration took 5 hours to get a car. We were late to our destination and missed the event.
